Champagne People Ltd, is a new generation business management company that looks after Corporate needs by providing business solutions across the board. Success for us is powered by our Shared Values but more importantly by our employee skills. Champagne People's business objectives are derived from traditional business methods designed to benefit all in our Value Chain; the Client, Suppliers and Employees. It is our firm belief that these objectives can only be achieved through mutual respect and co-operation, something we strive to build with all people in our Value Chain.

We also understand that providing new solutions to existing problems also comes a cost, and more often the issues, politics and intimidating process, is what we are there to take away from you. With the trust factor playing a major part we aid in assisting to a complete and practical final decision, which provides comfort to our clients knowing we are there to turn to at any stage of the decision making process.
Six Shared Values
Six shared values have been at the heart of Champagne People since our formation in 2004. Our Values are what we look to at all times, it keeps our minds focused on what it is we need to be doing always to meet our clients needs.
Above all our origination and formation of New Generation Business Methods has come about by always being a People Orientated company. It is chance that brings the name "Champagne People" to its very existence. The MD, founder of Champagne People Ltd was once quoted as being "better than champagne" - purely because of the satisfaction he brought to a highly respected CEO when he Managed a Blue Chip Communications account in Central London. This quote immediately went on to say that "the world could do with Champagne People like yourself". This in turn inspired the MD to establish Champagne People Ltd in 2004.
Our Goals and Values
There are Six fundamental objectives that guide the operation of our business:
To use our expertise to the benefit of our clients and partners through an open, collaborative approach.
To ensure sustainable and profitable long-term growth.
To enter Vertical Markets outside the UK and to expand the business as a whole with the use of the Internet.
To ensure and continuously work towards the highest accreditations for all manufacturers we work with.
To continue with the development of the "Brand" into other unknown business markets, through establishing relative websites.
To promote employee development.
In addition to these goals, a formalized set of shared values to guide our business decisions and shape our culture. The practical expression of these values and objectives can be measured through our aim to keep clients on board for life, by understanding their every need. Honesty, not avoiding the truth no matter how much it hurts. To be open and clear with complicated processes at all times and not to deceive the client. Trust, in our employees who are empowered to use their initiatives to carry through management actions when necessary. Duty of Fidelity, to the Company - all its employees, Suppliers and Most Importantly our Clients. Solidarity, with clients, employees, partners and suppliers; never to burn bridges. To keep our ties strong at all times. Freedom, is a vital aspect to all our business. To be free to make sound business decisions by employees and also for employees to respect the cultural diversity of clients needs affirming to custom and tradition especially with clients outside our jurisdiction. Fun, is what people should have in whatever they do and not to have fun is to be dull and boring and defeats the very objective for a young dynamic, fresh, enthusiastic company like ours that provides services in the Corporate Environment and to the Hospitality Industry in general. To network and meet and greet is what we do best and all this cannot be achieved by not having any fun. This is all apart of being Champagne People.
