2. We can discuss requirements over the phone and depending on the size of the project we can identify the need to evaluate the premises in person. Here we would come down to your business premises and take as much information in the way of the overall feel and flavour of your existing layout, so that we can provide concept drawings of our solution to your space. We will try to get a feeling on your existing fixtures and fittings and how the layout has been finished and find the most suitable textures and colours to inspire your business and people. Furniture to any space planning solution is neccessary and we have a range of suppliers that we use to select furniture from and implement into our overall solution. Furniture can be designer, retro, contemporary or just basic we will ensure that we suggest the right kind to you. Finally you need to feel the experience we are feeling about your newly space planned premises - we will do this for you before we start any work by using 3D walkthroughs drawings. We understanding that some jobs require planning permission, therefore suitable drawings will be provided to support any application.
Online collaboration
We can set up a secure online workspace for every job, where you can access the latest space plans, drawings, reports and other key files. You decide who has access. It's an easy way to involve and update your team - wherever they are, whenever they want. We also use it to host online staff surveys, to get input from your staff on what matters most to them most.
Overall, it is a working solution that we want you to have and we will do our best to ensure that this is achieved by sound advice and logical planning. Where a job becomes to big or complex we do not walk away from it, we instead use our partners (by outsourcing) with whom we will work with to ensure that your job is completed on time and within budget.
